How ABH fits into your payment and accounting workflow

ABH is built around clearer billing records. It helps you track work and generate invoices, but it is intentionally narrower than full accounting software or a payment processor.

Collect payment your way

ABH generates the invoice and the public invoice link. Your client payment can still happen through bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or another method you already use.

That means ABH does not need to replace the way you actually collect money from clients to still improve the invoice itself.

What exports are already part of the product

  • CSV exports on supported plans
  • Month-end export packs on Pro
  • GDPR personal data export
  • Expense and tax-oriented export workflows where enabled

What ABH does not replace

  • Not a full accounting system
  • Not an accountant or tax advisor
  • Not a native invoice payment processor for your client work
  • Not a giant ERP for enterprise finance operations

Frequently asked questions

Does ABH replace QuickBooks or Xero?

No. ABH focuses on work tracking, billing clarity, retainers, invoices, and related exports. It is not positioned as a full accounting replacement.

Can clients pay invoices inside ABH?

ABH focuses on creating the invoice and the supporting work record. Client payment collection still happens through your own external payment method unless you choose to include payment instructions on the invoice.
